Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Totter and Tumble pieces, but if they aren't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original shipping box, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
